The scope
Everything in the build, on one sheet.
No hourly billing and no line items that appear later. This is the whole of it, and the agreement says the same thing in longer words.
Included
What the build covers.
The site itself
Custom multi-page buildHome, a page per service, gallery, about, FAQ and contact. Five to seven pages, plus a page per city if you work more than one.
Mobile firstDesigned for the phone first, because that is where the search happens, then tested on real devices rather than a resized browser window.
Real speedBuilt as static files against Core Web Vitals targets. Measured before launch, not assumed.
The Instant EstimatorA homeowner gets a real range in seconds from your pricing, and you get their name and number.
Getting found
Local SEO foundationSchema markup, clean URLs, per-service and per-city pages, and business details that match everywhere they appear.
Conversion trackingAnalytics wired up with the events that matter marked as conversions, so you can see what actually produced a call.
Contact on every pageShort forms that ask for as little as possible, because every extra field costs you leads.
After it goes live
Launch supportA two-week window after go-live for fixes and adjustments, included.
Two revision roundsIncluded in the build. Beyond that it is a flat $150 a round, with no argument about scope.
Care Plan, optional$50 a month for hosting, SSL, backups, security monitoring, domain management, and one small edit a month. Cancel with 30 days’ written notice; the site stays yours.
Not included
What Kairo will not do.
Being clear about this is worth more than winning work that was never a fit.
- Ongoing SEO retainers or blog writing after launch.
- Running or managing paid ads. Tracking can be set up for them; the campaigns are someone else’s job.
- Unlimited changes. Two revision rounds are included, then it is a flat rate.
- Photography. Real photos of your work matter, and the good ones are worth paying a photographer for.
- Anything not written in the quote.
The number is on the pricing page, not behind a call.
$697 while the launch price runs, split in half. The call is thirty minutes and you leave with a written scope.
