FAQ
The practical questions, answered.
Scope, price, ownership, upkeep, and what happens when a build needs its own written plan.
Who is Kairo for?
Independent Orange County contractors who build decks, patio covers, pergolas, outdoor kitchens and outdoor living spaces. The work suits builders who want the site to explain the quality of the job before a homeowner calls.
What does the build cost?
The Flagship Build is $1,997. It is currently at a launch price of $697, split into $348.50 to start and $348.50 after the final walkthrough, before handoff or launch. The scope is written down before work starts.
What if my project needs something different?
Custom builds use a separate written proposal and Custom Build Agreement. The proposal states the deliverables, price, payment milestones, timeline and any third-party costs before work begins.
How long does a build take?
The written proposal sets the schedule. It depends on how quickly Kairo receives accurate materials, access, decisions and consolidated feedback. Delayed materials move the date.
Do I own the website and domain?
After all build invoices are paid, you own the site content, copy, branding created for the site, and the domain. You are the registrant. Kairo keeps its reusable design system, templates, components and tools.
What does the Care Plan cover?
It is $50 a month and covers hosting, SSL certificate management, backups, security monitoring, domain management, reasonable technical upkeep, and one tightly scoped small edit each month. It does not include new pages, rewrites, redesigns, new functionality or integrations.
Will a new website guarantee leads?
No. Kairo does not guarantee rankings, traffic, calls, leads, sales or bookings. Results also depend on demand, pricing, reputation, availability, and how fast you follow up.
Why is the price this low?
$697 is a launch price, not the standing one. The standing price is $1,997 and it goes back to that. Kairo is new, and the fastest way to get real live sites in the portfolio is to make the first few an easy decision.
Still have a question?
Bring it to the call. If Kairo is not a fit, that is useful to know early.
