Kairo Book a call

Orange County, California · Outdoor living

Your next job starts with a search.

Kairo builds websites for deck, patio cover, pergola and outdoor kitchen contractors. Fast, mobile first, and built for one outcome: turning that search into a booked estimate.

Thirty minutes, mostly questions. If a new site is not what you need, you will hear that on the call.

Working demo, not a screenshot

This is the Instant Estimator that ships on every build.

Every agency page describes its features. Here is one running. A homeowner picks the job, sees a real range, and the contractor gets a name and a number while they are still on the page.

Read how it gets your numbers

Instant estimator

A typical patio cover is 200 to 400 sq ft. Guess if you are not sure.

Two fields to see it. That is the whole form.

Running on published Orange County market rates (Patio Warehouse Inc. 2026 cost guide), not on any one contractor’s pricing. Your estimator uses your numbers.

The problem, plainly

A homeowner is on your site at nine at night, on a phone, deciding.

They have three tabs open. Yours, and two competitors. They are not reading your about page. They want to know whether you do this kind of work, roughly what it costs, and whether you sound like someone who will show up.

If the page loads slow, pinches on a phone, or makes them fill in a form to find out anything, they close it. That is the whole gap Kairo works on. Not marketing. One page, doing one job.

How the build runs

Five stations, start to live.

Same walk every time, written down, so you always know which one you are standing in.

Station 01

The walk-through

Thirty minutes on a call, and it is mostly questions.

What you build, what you want more of, what a good job looks like on your books, and what the last five customers asked before they signed. That conversation is the material the site gets built out of. If a new site is not what you need, you get told that on the call.

  • The scope is written down before any work starts
  • The price is published, so nothing arrives later
  • No presentation, no deck to sit through

Station 02

Your numbers go in

An estimator is only worth having if the numbers are yours.

Rough pricing for the jobs you actually run gets collected on the call and built into the Instant Estimator, so a homeowner sees a range that reflects what the work costs. A generic calculator sends you leads that waste the crew’s morning.

  • Ranges a homeowner can trust, because they came from you
  • Name and number captured before the estimate shows
  • A visible note that final pricing is confirmed by you

Station 03

Your method on the page

Homeowners are not comparing crews. They are comparing confidence.

Footings, drainage, materials, sequence, why you do it in that order. Written from how you described it on the call, in your words. This is the part of the site that answers the question three cheaper quotes cannot, and it is why a site built from a template never quite works.

  • Specific and technical where being specific earns the call
  • No invented certifications, awards, or years in business
  • Paired with real photographs of work you actually did

Station 04

The launch gate

Nothing goes live because it looks finished.

Every build runs a written pre-launch checklist and a live walkthrough before the final invoice exists. Load speed measured on the real build, mobile behaviour checked on real devices, every form submitted and confirmed as received, schema validating, no broken links. Sign-off happens out loud, on a call.

After it is live

The site stays yours. The upkeep is optional.

The domain is registered in your name and the site is yours once the build invoices are paid. The Care Plan at $50 a month covers hosting, SSL, backups, security monitoring and one small edit a month. Cancel it with thirty days’ notice and the site goes with you.

Questions

The ones that actually get asked.

Who is Kairo for?

Independent Orange County contractors who build decks, patio covers, pergolas, outdoor kitchens and outdoor living spaces. The work suits builders who want the site to explain the quality of the job before a homeowner calls.

What does the build cost?

The Flagship Build is $1,997. It is currently at a launch price of $697, split into $348.50 to start and $348.50 after the final walkthrough, before handoff or launch. The scope is written down before work starts.

What if my project needs something different?

Custom builds use a separate written proposal and Custom Build Agreement. The proposal states the deliverables, price, payment milestones, timeline and any third-party costs before work begins.

How long does a build take?

The written proposal sets the schedule. It depends on how quickly Kairo receives accurate materials, access, decisions and consolidated feedback. Delayed materials move the date.

All the questions

Thirty minutes, and you leave with a written scope.

Whether or not you buy anything. If Kairo is not the right call for your business, that is worth finding out in half an hour rather than in three months.
